I'm a yoga teacher (RYT 200) and I teach here in the mountains and online. My classes are meant to be for everybody, no matter what age, what you look like, what background and what your story is. "Yoga per mintgin" translates to "Yoga for everyone". My teaching style is gentle flow. I focus on flowing movements that are connected to the breath and are stretching the body as well as strengthening it. It's all about feeling your body, learning to listen and to find connection with yourself, your body and your true nature.
At the moment all my lessons are held in German.
